Our small group classes are designed for students who are ready to strengthen their reading, spelling, or writing skills alongside their peers. They are an excellent option for students who: 

• Benefit from learning with peers and discussing ideas together
• Do not require intensive individualized intervention 
• Want to strengthen specific literacy skills in a structured environment 
• Enjoy engaging, fast-paced lessons that combine direct instruction with games, collaboration, and meaningful practice

Because every student is different, we're happy to help determine whether a small group or one-on-one instruction is the best fit.

Classes meet twice each week for 12 weeks and are limited to six students, providing the ideal balance of individualized instruction and collaborative learning.

Lessons are carefully planned and intentionally interactive. Students receive explicit instruction, practice new skills through engaging activities, and apply what they've learned through both independent practice and collaboration.

Every student participates, receives regular feedback, and benefits from learning alongside classmates in a supportive environment.

Our instructors are trained in Structured Literacy and evidence-based instructional practices. Every lesson is intentionally designed to build skills step by step, with a focus on mastery rather than memorization.

Unlike many enrichment programs, our classes are instructional—not homework help—and are built around research-supported methods that develop lasting literacy skills.

Materials: All instructional materials and supplies are provided.

Schedule: There are no classes during Thanksgiving week (Nov 23 - 27).

Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged, but makeup classes are not offered.  Our lessons are designed with ongoing review and reinforcement, allowing students to successfully rejoin the class after an occasional absence.

Payment: A $75 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at registration. Tuition may be paid in full or in three monthly installments of $300.
